Find a comfortable spot in a private and sacred space you have created in your home. You can sit or lie down. Close your eyes and start by focusing on your breathing. Breathe naturally and fully into your lungs, noticing the gentle rising of your belly as you inhale and exhale.
Feel the comfort and safety of this space that surrounds you. With each breath you relax more, surrender more.
You find yourself at the entrance of a beautiful garden. See this garden in your mind’s eye. Become aware of the colours, the fragrances, and the energy of this garden. Now enter the garden and explore. What plants do you smell? What do you see and hear? Touch the plants and feel the textures. Feel how energising and refreshing it is to be here. Feel the calm and peace the garden offers.
Stay here as long as you wish. When you feel ready to leave become aware of your body as you are sitting or lying down. Become aware of your breathing. Gently open your eyes and notice the space around you.
